ACCOUNTS & INFORMATION SHARING

NiÉriu will not divulge any information received from customers to anyone. Customer Information such as personal information, purchase history will not be rented, sold or given to any company, agency or individual.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion if it is believed that a customer's conduct  is harmful to the interests of NiÉriu

Note: From time to time, we will send out questionnaires and information to parties who have signed up for our newsletter.

PAYMENT

We do not store any of your financial information.

NiÉriu Online payments are processed via paypal .

NiÉriu reserve the right to change payment methods without prior notice.

Bear in mind that due to the nature of our trade,all sales are final.
However, we will be very happy to issue a refund or replacement on goods that are damaged due to our own negligence. Please notify us within 3 days from the day you received your products by sending an email with your complaints to : customerservice at nieriu.com. You will be issued a return authorization no.

Orders can be cancelled within 24hours of being placed, after which no cancellations will be accepted. There is a 20% restocking fee if you should cancel an order for any reason. Refunds from cancellations will be issued within 14 working days.

ALLERGIES

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you are not allergic to the ingredients used in NiÉriu products. We advice if you are not sure, to consult your healthcare practioner and/or do a patch test before making your purchase. To this end we have included a full ingredient listing for all products.

PRODUCTS

The beauty of handmade soap is it’s individuality. Every batch is unique. The slight
variations that occur are evidence of that. The same ingredients are used in the same processes.

Because our soaps are handcut, there are slight variations in the sizes.
Our soaps are priced at a minimum net weight. This means that you will get what
you paid for and possibly a little more but never less.

POSTAGE RATES

In the event that your shipment ends up costing less that expected, the balance will be refunded to you.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Products are dispatched within 3-5 working days after receiving your order(EXCLUDING WEEKENDS,BANK HOLIDAYS AND THE DAY YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER).

If your order is urgent, give us a call or send an email after it is placed. Urgent orders might incur a charge of 5euros.

NiÉriu is not responsible for delays due to postal delays, postal strikes, misdelivery, delays due to insufficient recipient address details, etc.

There might be slight variations in different batches of a product.However, this is not a defect but a natural phenomenon as all NiÉriu are made by hand.

RETURNS

Damaged Products: Although every effort is made to ensure your order leaves our base packed to the best of our ability however damages may occur. To this end,we recommend that you add insurance at the additional charge but if you choose not to have your order insured it may delay refunds and we may not be able to process your replacement.
You pay for the return of the product.
Original Shipping cost to you is non-refundable
You must must call us or email us to request a return authorization before returning the product-if you do not request this, your return may be refused.
Please check your order upon receipt and report any errors or damages within 24hours of reciept. If we do not hear from you (email or phone) we will assume that your order arrived in good condition and that you are happy with it.

NOTE:

All PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We cannot accept liability for products lost or damaged in transit either to or from NiÉriu. Your refund or replacement will be sent as soon as we recieve your return.
Remember,when returning products, please provide details such as your order number, product being returned and a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and of course your return authorization no. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
