PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Products are dispatched within 3-5 working days after receiving your order(EXCLUDING WEEKENDS,BANK HOLIDAYS AND THE DAY YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER).
If your order is urgent, give us a call or send an email after it is placed. Urgent orders might incur a charge of 5euros.
For deliveries within the 32 counties of the island of Ireland, please allow 3-5 working days.
For European deliveries, outside Ireland, please allow about 7-10working days. For deliveries to the rest of the World please allow approximately 10 - 14 working days, from the date of dispatch.
NiÉriu is not responsible for delays due to postal delays, postal strikes, misdelivery, delays due to insufficient recipient address details, etc.
There might be slight variations in different batches of a product.However, this is not a defect but a natural phenomenon as all NiÉriu are made by hand.
All PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We cannot accept liability for products lost or damaged in transit either to or from NiÉriu. Your refund or replacement will be sent as soon as we recieve your return
RETURNS
Damaged Products: Although every effort is made to ensure your order leaves our base packed to the best of our ability however damages may occur. To this end,we recommend that you add insurance at the additional charge but if you choose not to have your order insured it may delay refunds and we may not be able to process your replacement.
You pay for the return of the product.
Original Shipping cost to you is non-refundable
You must must call us or email us to request a return authorization before returning the product-if you do not request this, your return may be refused.
Please check your order upon receipt and report any errors or damages within 24hours of reciept. If we do not hear from you (email or phone) we will assume that your order arrived in good condition and that you are happy with it.
Remember,when returning products, please provide details such as your order number, product being returned and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
